General Information
Hellbound is a Special Zone designed for high-level characters and serves as the primary source of Talent progression.
Only characters Lv. 90 or higher may enter Hellbound.
The Special Zone is available every day during the following periods:
- 02:00 ~ 03:00
- 14:00 ~ 15:00
- 20:00 ~ 21:00
While hunting within Hellbound, players will obtain XP, SP, and Adena just like in any other hunting zone. In addition, monsters within Hellbound also grant Talent XP.
Once enough Talent XP has been accumulated, it is converted into Talent Shards. These Talent Shards can then be exchanged for Talent Crystals, which may be consumed to obtain Talent Points used within the Talent Tree.
You can read more information about Talents System here: Talents System
Hot Time
The 20:00 ~ 21:00 period is considered Hellbound's Hot Time.
During Hot Time, all Talent XP obtained from monsters within Hellbound is increased by 100%.
Players looking to maximize their Talent progression are encouraged to take advantage of this daily bonus period.
Hellbound Areas
The following hunting areas are available within Hellbound:
| Name | Lv. | Type |

Steel Citadel
You can access Steel Citadel through the NPC Warp Gate, located in the entrance area of Hellbound.
Upon entering Steel Citadel, you will be teleported to a random floor.
You can teleport to any floor of Steel Citadel through the NPC Capture Device found on each floor by paying a fee.
It is not necessary to be in a Command Channel to use a Capture Device.
The following hunting areas are available within Steel Citadel:
| Name | Lv. | Type |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Floor 3rd Floor 5th Floor 6th Floor 8th Floor | 92 | Solo |
| 2nd Floor 4th Floor 7th Floor 9th Floor 10th Floor | 92 | Party |
- The 5th and 10th floors of Steel Citadel are special floors. The monsters found there are slightly stronger and offer enhanced rewards.
- Provoke Lock: Provoke-type skills cannot be used within Solo-type floors.
Party Zones
Within Party Zones, the same Party Bonus applied to regular character XP is also applied to Talent XP.
This means that grouping up with other players not only increases your character progression, but also accelerates your Talent progression.
Party play is therefore an effective way to maximize both standard character growth and Talent advancement while hunting in Hellbound.
