If you already have +2 enchanted skills, you can extract them to obtain Guaranteed +2 Skill Enchantment Tickets. These tickets can then be used as the crafting fee for Guaranteed +3 Skill Enchantment Tickets, eliminating the need to craft additional +2 tickets.
